All persons entering Bloukrans Ocean View Trail or part of the Trail do so at their own risk.
Bloukrans Bookings And Info Centre, its employees and affiliates can not be held liable for any form of damage, loss or even death.
All children to be supervised by an adult at all times.
We reserve the right of admission and/or to refuse service to those individuals that appear to be intoxicated.
All late arrivals or no shows will be held liable for the full amount of the chosen activity/activities.
All cancellations within 24 hours of bookings will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
All refunds on cancellations or incorrect bookings will be charged a 5% admin fee for refunds to be processed.
